The ideal candidates will have solid experience in conception, design & delivery of customer facing cross platform desktop applications.
Will have strong hands on experience in coding & design of front end technologies.
Will be passionate and obsess about providing the best in class customer experience.
Will have a successful track record in delivering new features and products in a fast paced environment.
A commitment to bias for action, team work, strong communication skills, mentoring junior engineers and just do it attitude are absolute requirements.
Will possess solid knowledge in fundamentals of Computer Science and Object oriented design skills.
Basic Qualifications:
· Excellent programming skills in either C, C++ or Java.
· Strong fundamentals in core Computer Science areas like Data Structures and Algorithms.
· Creatively use their tech skills to solve business problems.
· JavaScript, HTML, CSS based development experience is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Multi-task.
· Quickly adapt to new development environments and changing business requirements.
· Learn new systems.
· Create reliable/maintainable code, and find creative and scalable solutions to difficult problems.
· The ability to communicate clearly and concisely both written and orally is a key competency as is demonstrable skill as a self-starter.
