Job Details:

Analyze website internal search (site search) performance and provide suggestions and strategy for improvements
Address client queries with minimum support from Managers
Produce site search deliverables such as :
o Keyword research & optimization
o Implement redirects
o Creating disambiguator, recommended links and banners
o Dictionary update, sites search audits
o Working on reports by using tools like Omniture, Google Analytics etc.
Competencies & Behavioral Attributes
Critical Competencies Should be internet savvy and able to navigate websites easily
Content Management System or eCommerce background preferred
Experience in using enterprise search platform viz. Google Custom Search, MS FAST, Endeca would be preferred
Should be proficient in Reporting and Analysis
Good logical aptitude and ability to research on its own
Excellent communication skills
Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint & Web Analytics
Additional Competencies Functional knowledge on working with MS Excel
Good data presentation and research skills
Behavioral Attributes & Other Comments Enthusiastic attitude
