Job Description
We are looking for someone from the rental car companies with extensive experience in Sales & Marketing and will be responsible for leasing the Sales and marketing function of Shift leasing. He will have a team reporting to him consisting of sales managers and a marketing executive. The role will cover Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates. Please see below for further details.
This positions will report to General Manger Shift Leasing. Below are some key areas:
Strategic Management
• Prepares the annual business forecast and strategic plan for the sales function
• Implements strategies for the department impacting Sales and Marketing
• Sales planning and costs management in alignment with company’s strategic plan.
• Develop and execute marketing plan for brand positioning and tactical campaigns.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with external agencies.
Business Development
• Analyzes current and future market trends to determine areas prime for development and extension of the Shift Leasing market.
• Oversees the management of new business development implementation and project progress.
• Develops Shift Leasing Marketing plan to market new business initiatives as well as increase existing market penetration and awareness.
Sales
• Manages sales team in UAE to generate business for long and short term from corporate clients and individuals.
• Reviews weekly individual and team targets and provides support to ensure target achievement and consistent growth.
• Participates in key account meetings with high level customers
• Establishes processes and procedures.
Skills
The ideal candidate needs to have GCC experience, preferable UAE experience.
