Description :

Candidates should possess any degree from a recognized university
  
1-2 years hands-on experience with Remedy or similar major ticketing systems.

1-2 years experience coordinating  with end users and peers, preferably in multiple IT disciplines.

Knowledge of networking concepts and ability to competently speak to peers, other IT disciplines, and end users.
  
Some working experience with network environments.
  
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
