Roles & Responsibilities:
•The incumbent will need to explore & understand the features & functionalities available in the Capgemini workflow tool and to develop training contents
•To deliver training to various internal and external clients on the workflow application and other tools
•To work closely with stakeholders and deliver documentation and training on time
•Will be responsible for Strategizing and implementing graphics
•Should have knowledge of Flash, Adobe tools, graphics etc
•Network with subject matter experts and capture our key intellectual property (IP) and domain expertise
•Assume accountability for all the tasks related to the KM processes
•Operations – Manage meetings, internal communications, Learning initiatives etc
•Ensure to instill a knowledge sharing culture within the team
•Contribute in providing innovative solutions
•Adhere to quality guidelines of all internal processes
•Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
•Accountable for performance management
•The role holder must comply with all the Quality Management System (QMS), Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) requirements and guidelines of the organization
Required Skills:
•Not less than 3 years experience in a professional environment
•Strong verbal and written communication
•Assertive communication/ Should be able to interact confidently
•Ability to work with minimal supervision
•Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
•Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously balancing project work with high-priority requests
•Understanding of key software tools and technologies (preferred not mandatory)
•Should be adaptive, innovative, and confident
•Should be flexible
