Job Details:

The candidate would be responsible in handling Verizon’s Legal documents entered between Verizon Data Services India Private Limited and various vendors (Non IT/IT).
Job involves working closely with various user group like HR, Admin, Finance, Project teams as well with onshore Sourcing team/project management teams.
The candidate would be responsible in working closely with Verizon legal in ensuring on time execution of key engagements.
The candidate would also be required to regularly monitor the list of agreements in place to ensure that all transactions are covered by a proper Agreement.
Responsible for drafting/reviewing the legal documents like Service Agreements/Purchase Agreements/Non-Disclosure Agreement on Non IT side and IT Service Agreements/Statements of Work/Master Service Agreements on IT perspective
To get involved in Agreement negotiation with various Vendors/Suppliers on acceptability of Agreement terms.
Coordinate with Verizon Legal in bringing every agreement on time closure and execution. To work closely with legal in timely handling of queries raised by any Vendor/Supplier or any internal stakeholder
Participating in vendor meetings from Contract Management perspective and touchbase with the respective stakeholders to get them involved in the meetings wherever required
Faciliting Agreement execution and follow-up with Vendors/Suppliers for timely completion of Agreements and obtaining copies of the signed agreements
Record, update and maintain Agreement Register of Contract mamagement. Update/Upload Agreement data and executed agreements in Vsource tool.
Preparation and presentation of Contract Management reports to Supply Chain Services group on a regular basis
Excellent communications skills – written & verbal. Good Negotiation and Interpersonal skills
Ability to understand the nuances of Legal documents, hold his/her forte in negotiation with Vendors (IT/Non IT), Legal
Should have the ability to interact across boundaries and with senior level stake holders in India and onshore locations
