Technical Support Associates for Asia Pacific Customers
    
Should be able to analyze issues of customers & provide solutions ensuring customer satisfaction
    
Solving Hardware & Software Issues
    
Technical Trouble-shooting for Asia Pacific customers over the phone (INBOUND, NO SALES)
    
Candidate should be excellent in Spoken English & Hindi
    
Candidates should be ready to work 5 days/week with 2 Week Offs (rotational)
    
Predominantly DAY SHIFT (9am-9pm); should be ready to work in late evening shifts, basis business requirement.
