3. Work in accordance with agile development models (Scrum, LEAN).

Work Experience:

• C/C++ Systems Programmers Engineers for core development of DBMS Products.
• Proficiency in systems programming using C / C++. Java experience desirable.
• UNIX / Linux platform experience is a must. Windows experience desirable.
• Exposure to multi-user, multi-threading, kernel level programming. SQL programming desirable.
• Knowledge of DBMS internals such as query processing, access methods internals, transaction management, process scheduling and networking desirable.
• Experience in RDBMS Development and Performance Engineering desirable.
Candidate Profile:

• B.E/ B.Tech (CS/IT) with 2 to 8 years' experience.
• M.Tech (CS /IT) with 0 to 6 years' experience.
• Ambition to follow a developer career.
• Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and concepts.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Team player.
