Should have worked in development/maintenance of ethernet/IP based network protocols
Good domain knowledge in L2 and L3 Ethernet switching and routing protocols & applications covering 802.1Q VLANs, 802.1s MSTP, 802.3ad standards
Solid experience in L3 protocols like OSPF, BGP, BFD, MPLS, VRF lite etc
Good software engineering and programming skills
Comfortable working with large software code base and source control systems
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global teams.
