Exceptions & Tasks:

- Provide direct technical assistance for customers all around the world via our Customer Service System.
- Collaborate with fellow support colleagues and other internal organizations to provide superior customer service.
- Take ownership of technical issues, and report errors to development organizations.
- Ability to prioritze workload and handling of potential escalations or critical issues.
- Analyze coding (debugging, tracing, verifying complex customizing).
- Create internal/external content for our knowledge base.
- Perform knowledge transfer to internal staff and external customers & partners.
- Involvement in product testing and validation.
- Participate in global projects around support processes, infrastructure requirements and quality assurance.
- Provide weekend and Holiday support as needed.

Educational Details:

- Bachelor degree in IT / Engineering / Computer Sciences or close to graduation.
- Ability to work in teams of multicultural nature.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Programming skills.
- Technical document writing skills.
- Customer and quality focus.
- Ready for continuous learning and improvement.
- Open personality and professional communication style.
