Job Description:
Must be a team player in L1/L2 Support Experience.
Working knowledge in Unix, DB, Shell Scripting, PL SQL , EDI.
Willing to be available On Call Support in 24*7 mode of environment.
Must have Excellent Communication.
Responsible for resolution of technical Issues at L2 level in Service Desk and interaction with Customers under limited supervision.
Needs to demonstrate knowledge and provide direct technical support to customers on faults, usage, or maintenance EDI/SAAS applications.
Provides immediate customer assistance for emergency and URGENT fixes as defined in service definition.
Escalate to Level 3/third parties for customer issues unresolved at Level 2 by packaging, with concise description, actions, and traces required for escalation of bugs and/or request for assistance.
Have a good understanding on SLA/Ticketing Systems.
Involved in production release deployments.
