Job Responsibilities:
Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions based on dot net programming.
Design, code and test new Windows and web software applications.
Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement.
Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects.
Investigate and develop skills in new technologies.
Create technical specifications and test plans.
Skills:
At least 1 year (Should be a developer currently) experience of development on MS .Net.
Knowledge of software development methodologies and/or ITIL Service Management processes is preferred.
Worked on similar technologies & highly technically environment.
Created Software based on .Net Technology & MS SQL 2008.
Handled internal & external clients on the customization.
Handled the regular maintenance of the software.
Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills.
Integrity and value driven.
Strong verbal & written skills.
Initiative and drive.
Analytical & Methodical approach.
