Global Tech Help started as home base business in 1993 in Fresno, California, USA. We started our business by fixing computers in neighborhood and solving their computer related issues. In 1995, we started a new venture in Fresno, California by the name of Computer Tech with merely three employees. The company was into selling as well as repairing computers. In no time, we started expanding our business as well as appointing tech. In 1998, the company came up with "Over phone solutions" by handling people’s computer related issues over the phone. By 2004, we expanded our company in Merced County which had more than 18 employees.
Job Description:
1. Experience in end to end recruitment life cycle from Sourcing, screening, Negotiating and offer follow up.
2. Experience in lateral hiring ( added advantage).
3. Experience in handling Technical support profile hiring.
4. Excellent knowledge of MS-Office, must be able analyze large volumes of data and prepare appropriate reports.
5. Should have 1 to 2 years of end to end recruitment experience encompassing different IT skills.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Should be well versed in IT technologies.
8. Should be aggressive and self-driven.
9. Should be comfortable to work in night shifts.
