Associate Analyst

Backend Ops process in which major role will be client interaction through e-mail/chat process and 

troubleshooting their issues as well.
    
Non Voice role but basic technical knowledge required like Unix, HTML & XML

Candidate Profile

Candidates should possess B.E/B.Tech from 2014-batch
    
Must have excellent analytical and communication skills.
    
Willing to work in shifts.
