Job Description:
Reporting into the HIIPL HR Head, this position would work closely with the India HR Leadership team (IHRLT) to program manage the various initiatives and HR projects from time to time.
In addition to independently driving multiple HR projects aligned to larger business strategy, the incumbent would also be responsible for tracking and reporting out the progress of the projects being run at country level. 
This position would also support the Country HR organization on various analytics around HR metrics.

Skills:
- Strong understanding of the HR theories and processes.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills would be a key differentiator.
- PMP certification desirable.
