Profile requirements
Excellent Java & J2EE skills with strong background to OOPS principles
Excellent computer science fundamentals with significant exposure to databases, networking, distributed computing & web technologies
Must have seen 2 full cycle SDLC implementation with prime exposure to design. Ability to design application for non-functional requirements
Demonstrated ability to manage team and deliver on agreed schedules/plans
Strong exposure to SDLC/PDLC aspects with ability to fulfill release management responsibilities at each stage of solution building & delivery
Good communication, problem solving & interpersonal skills
Provide technical guidance & leadership to the team
Independently interface with clients for technical discussions and ensure completion of project releases
Create technology & tool evaluation reports

60-90 months of industry experience
