Graduate in Science or Engineering OR Graduate in Arts, Commerce and others
Remuneration:
Rs. 14500 – 600/7 – 18700 – 700/2 – 20100 – 800/7 – 25700
(During probation, candidates will be eligible for emoluments as applicable to Scale-I officers of the bank)
Total emoluments:
Rs. 29000 per month (approximately).
Selection Procedure: Selection will be done on the basis of candidates’ performance in the written test / skill test / group discussion and personal interview.
Candidates qualifying the written test / skill test will only be called for the group discussion & interview.
Selected candidates will be on probation for a period of one year. On successful completion of probation period they will be confirmed as Assistant Managers in the Bank and will be required to work at any branch / office of the Bank in India as per requirement.
The Written test will be conducted at 7 centers. Center details are as follows:

Candidates must bring a Photo ID Card such as Passport / Voter ID Card / PAN Card / Adhaar Card / Driving Licence etc. while coming for the written test/ interview.
Examination Fee:
Non-refundable examination fees has to be remitted using a fee payment challan, available on the Bank’s website www.csb.co.in for download and print, in any Branch of the CSB Bank in cash OR directly remitted to the account by NEFT from any bank in India.
Mode of fee payment
At branches of CSB:
Candidates should download & print the fee payment challan from the website and remit the required fees at any branch of the Bank in A/C No. 0231-02805353-195003 with College Road, Thrissur branch of the bank.
After depositing the fees, they should obtain the Candidate’s copy of the fee payment challan and ensure that all details like branch name, branch code, batch number, date of remittance etc, are duly mentioned on it. Candidates should retain the challan copy for future use -- producing at the time of written test.
At branches of any other Bank:
Candidates can directly transfer the required amount to the Bank’s account -- A/C No. 0231-02805353-195003 with College Road, Thrissur branch of the bank -- by NEFT from any bank in India.
Candidates remitting fees through NEFT will have to produce the counterfoil of the NEFT payment challan at the time of the written test.

How to Apply:

Before applying online, candidates should remit the applicable fee and obtain acknowledgement for the same.
On successful submission of online application, an acknowledgement with a Unique Transaction ID Number will be generated by the system and a copy of the same will automatically be sent to the candidates’ email ID. Candidates should take a print out of the online submitted application and retain it for future reference.
Candidates should mention a valid active personal e-mail ID / mobile number as all communications such as date of exam, call letter for the test, interview, etc shall be sent to the registered email ID of the candidate/ SMS alerts at every stage of recruitment.
